Some people make the cleaning process very complicated by performing all the tasks at the same time i.e. they are cleaning the interior as well as exterior and washing crumb tray and other accessories side by side which makes the process a little complicated and can leave some corners and accessories uncleaned.

Now, let your oven to cool down because we don’t want to burn or hurt ourself by placing out hands on the top and inside of a hot oven.

4) Disassemble all the accessories:

After the oven is cool down, disassemble the accessories i.e. wire rack, broiling rack, baking pan, pizza pan and crumb tray. You don’t need to clean it right now so simple, remove these accessories and place it anywhere.

So, these are the steps that you need to perform before heading to the toaster oven cleaning process. After performing these tasks, your toaster oven is ready to be cleaned.

Note: Take your time and perform each step slowly and efficiently. Don’t use any type of abrasive cleanser or metal scouring pad as these things can scratch the surface of the oven.

Step 1:

Wipe the outer body using a soft cloth or sponge.

Step 2:

Apply the cleanser on the sponge and start cleaning the outer body. (Don’t apply any cleanser directly on the oven body instead apply it on the sponge and use it).

Step 3:

After cleaning the outer body, take a glass cleaner or mild detergent and start cleaning the glass door using a piece of soft cloth or soft sponge.

Step 4:

Now, you need to clean the buttons or LCD display. Follow the same steps i.e. apply the cleanser on the sponge and start cleaning the buttons and LCD display using soft hands.

Step 5:

Wait for few minutes and let the surface of the oven dry itself.
